What to expect
Is the water test really free?
Yes. The in-home test is free with no obligation to buy. We do it to recommend the right equipment for your water, and you keep the results either way.
Do you test for nitrate?
Yes — hardness, iron and nitrate among others. Nitrate matters on Kansas wells and it's the one that points to reverse osmosis rather than a softener, so we check for it.
Will there be pressure to buy?
No. We show you your numbers, give a plain recommendation, and leave the decision to you. Prices are published, so there's nothing to negotiate under pressure.
